Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) are thrilled to announce this year’s shortlist for the Inspire Volunteering Awards 2024! The Inspire Volunteering Awards aim to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions of volunteers across our local community. This year over 100 fantastic nominations were received, showcasing the incredible dedication and impact of volunteers across the third sector. The judging process was particularly challenging due to the exceptional quality of the this year’s but eventually the judges reached a decision.
Our sincere thanks go to the 2024 judges who undertook the difficult task of selecting the shortlist and also a special thank you also to our Gold Event Sponsors, Solicitors for Older People Scotland and NHS Forth Valley, for their generous support.

This year, in acknowledgement of Stirling’s 900 year Anniversary, there is a special Stirling 900 Award to honor and celebrate our community’s longest serving volunteers. Some incredible stories were received of volunteering spanning more than 5 decades.

Congratulations go to all the shortlisted volunteers, and all the 2024 nominees. The winners will be announced at the upcoming awards ceremony on the 18th September at the Albert Halls, Stirling, where the extraordinary impact of all these volunteers will be celebrated.
